He is survived by: his wife Mary Howard Culotta; his children, Terry Ennis (Jim) of Hampton and Christopher P. Culotta (Patty) of Troy, Virginia; his grandson Christopher Ennis (Virginia); and his stepgrandson Donald Ennis.
