He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin A. Fleming and Willia Gladys Rexrode Fleming. He is survived by: his sister Clara Fleming Kline (Waldo Eugene); his children, Cynthia Ann Fleming of Newport News and William A Fleming of Hampton; and his grandsons, Bryan Robert Fleming and Daniel Scott Fleming.
