She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Louis Herard and Anne Marguerite Herard; her son Joel Marcus Herard-Sutton; and her grandson Ahkeel Omar Ibrahim. She is survived by: her husband Joseph White Jr.; her daughter Monique Nathania Ibrahim; her stepchildren, Rashiel Latoya White and Devin Maurice Tucker; her grandchildren, Imani O. Ibrahim, Tairaceo White, Essence Unique Davis, Deyani Davis, Jayden Tucker, Ayriam Tucker, Zahir White and Harmony Tucker; and her siblings, Marc Herard (Mervelie Herard), Pierre Aurel Herard (Elena Herard), Emmanuel Lassiter (Elizabeth Lassiter) and Blendy Lassiter Holder (Derrick Holder). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
