She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blankenship and Carrie Parham; her husband Frank E. Tucker Sr.; and her daughter Rosa Linda Tucker. She is survived by: her son Frank E. Tucker Jr. (Kathryn) of Bells Island, NC; and her grandchildren, William F. Rowe Jr. (Sandra) of Hampton, Shannon Rowe, Ashley Tucker of Chesapeake, Stephanie Gross (Chris) of Trophy Club, TX and Haley Pflanzer Molmer (Justin) of Portsmouth. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
