It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owen Habakkuk Lipford of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jeff Armbrust; and his great-aunt Trudi Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, James Lipford and Staci Lipford; his aunts and uncles, Ezra, Rebecca Hite, Robert, Lilly Lipford, Brian, Michelle Armbrust, Nate, Jenny Laurie, Steve and Katie Cunningham; and his grandparents, Lawrence Jr., Robberta Lipford and Sherry Armbrust. He is also survived by nine cousins and many friends.
