She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Elias Todd and Rosa Lee Nettles Todd; and her husband Ronald Thomas Moore. She is survived by: her son David Bryan Moore of Hampton; her granddaughter Stephanie Mouring; her grandson-in-law Matthew; her great grandchildren, Blaire, Rosalie, Harlow and Olive of Holly Springs, NC.; and her siblings, Delores Eure (Adrian) of Hampton, Roselyn Yourish (Richard) of Yorktown, Arnold Todd (Pam) of Newport News and Herbert Todd (Sheila) of Hampton. She is also survived by her father and younger brothers and sisters after her mother.
