With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naroger Carter Jr. (Hampton, Virginia), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on January 28, 2021 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Naroger Carter, Sr. and Valerie Carter; his sisters, Katrina Bell, Deborah Hyman and Cheryl Carter; his children, Celeste Carter Garcia and Legend Artis; his nephews, Brian Carter, Antoine Carter, Arthur Bell and Makai Carter; and his great-nieces, Alani Carter and Marigold Carter.
Due to Covid, services will be private but available to be viewed on Parklawn-Wood's Facebook Page on Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at 1:00 p. m. with a viewing to be held an hour prior.
