She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie; her parents, Rebecca Elliott and Harry Elliott; and her siblings, Jackie Wilson and Joe Elliott.
She is survived by: her sons, Cary Elliott Forrest (Sandie) of Newport News, VA and Jay Edward Forrest (Jennifer) of Lake Wylie, SC; and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Spencer, Casey and Ella. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Fox Hill.
