She is survived by: her children, Bertram, Layla and Jannea Dixon; her mother Lillian L. Howard; and her siblings, Rhonda Owner, Gail Blowe, Norma Howard, Bonnie Singleton, Rhoda Howard and Leon Cooke. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
