He is survived by: his wife Kathryn E. Koch; his children, Mary K. Crosby (James) and Gregory E. Koch; his stepchildren, Kenneth Milam (Vicki), Natalie Milam and Darrell A. Milam; and his grandchildren, Ryan Crosby (Shelaine), Jacob Crosby, Kaitlynne Crosby (Dakota McGill), Cole Crosby, Kenneth Milam, II, Kimberly Paul and Casey Crites.
