He is survived by: his children, Robert Kemp, Darius Anderson and Rebekah Ring; and his siblings, Lora Fletcher of Hampton Virginia, Thelma Sedgwick of Hampton Virginia, Mayme Gordon (Donald) of Hampton Virginia, Deborah Sedgwick of Hampton Virginia, Margaret Moore of Florida and Kenneth Sedgwick of Hampton. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
