He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Moore and Mae N. Moore; and his brother Wayne Moore. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Moore, Amanda Moore and Ashleigh Moore; his sisters, Michelle Byrd (Thomas), Linda Cooper (Dennis) and Terry Davis; and his close friend Donna.
