She is survived by: her mother Faye Boyd; her husband Scott Blake; her children, Brittany and Landen Blake; her siblings, Brad Boyd (Christy), Brian Boyd (Anne) and Holly Swedlund (Ron); and her grandchildren, Aubree, Meribella and Jaxon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and countless friends.
