It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mazie Lee Duelle Benthall Williams (Hampton, Virginia), who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Duelle and Cora Duelle; her adoptive father Ernest (Herley Benthall); her son Shawn Elliott Williams; and her husband Robert Earl Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Earl Williams Jr. (Linda), Ernest Ray Williams, William Eric Williams, Ben Elridge Williams and Brenda Bissette; her daughter-in-law Cathy Williams; and her grandchildren, Robbie Williams, Brien Lee, Timothy Williams (Sabrina), Kenny Williams, Eric Williams Jr., Michelle Lee Wiseman (Scott) and Dawn Fintch.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bethany Methodist Church (1509 Todds Ln, Hampton, VA 23666). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
