She was predeceased by: her husband James Alvin Wagoner, Jr.; and her brothers, Gaston Elks and Darrell Wayne Elks. She is survived by: her children, Monica Holt and James Preston Wagoner; her siblings, Delores Little, Becky Bateman and Ray Elks; her grandchildren, Michael Holt, Amy Holt and Jennifer Holt; and her great grandchildren, Alexander Holt, Aria, Caleb Munoz, Cheyann Myers and Isiah Furbee. She is also survived by her family and friends.
