He is survived by: his wife Vivian Jeanette Baxter (Spencer); his sons, Martin Thomas Baxter, II and Timothy Andrew Baxter (Angie); his grandchildren, Brenda Marie Baxter, Sierra Renee Baxter and Bryson Clay Baxter; his sisters, Dollie Mae Lewis and Kathy Jean Caldwell; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Lewis and Charlie Caldwell.
