She is survived by: her son Terrance Milo (Tonya); her granddaughter Ashley; her nieces and nephews, Karen McAdoo of Hampton, VA, Helen Avery Russell, Katherine "Dee" Avery Maynard of Greensboro, NC, Khalilah Allah-Lee of Jamaica, NY, Earl Simmons Jr. of Silver Spring, MD and Avery Kalvin Simmons (Hazel) of Greensboro, NC; and her friend Eleanor Hill. She is also survived by several cousins, great nieces, great nephews; and close family friends.
