She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vertis Stovall, Sr. and Cora Mae Stovall; her children, Alethea Brown (Lesa) and Ernest Vaughn (Lynn); and her sisters, Lillie Stovall Samuel (Elmore), Velmer Stovall Tookes and Bessie Marie Stovall Jenkins (Lester). She was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
