She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Pinkson Long and Nettie Caroline Long (Buchanan); and her daughter Jackie Long Smith. She is survived by: her sister Jean Pittman of Hickory; her children, Janet Rowe (Charles), Marcia Rowe, Duane Smith and Jill Milton (Bryan); and her grandchildren, Caroline Rowe Sullivan, Charlie Rowe, Matthew Rowe, Tommy Rowe, Eric Rowe, Kady Smith Brown, Duane "Bubba" Smith, Daniel Milton and Tayler Milton Lebakken. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Fox Hill Road Baptist Church.
