It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Banks of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Mann and Lizzy Mann; her husband Joseph Banks Jr.; her granddaughter Tonya Banks; and her siblings, Doris White, Marvisleen Grant, Earthell Edwards, Bennie Mann, Allegheny East Conference of Seventh and Adventists.

She is survived by: her sons, Alphonso Sr., Reginald and Joseph III.
