She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Barfield; and her daughter Geraldine B Holliday. She is survived by: her daughter Shirley J. Barfield; her son-in-law Samuel E Holliday; her grandchildren, Richard G. Steppe (Ronda) and Shannon Elerick (Alan); her great grandchildren, Gerri Lynn, Christina Jean, Abby Nicole, Justin and Tyler; and her great great grandchildren, Christopher Lawrence, Nicholas Alan, Grayce Evelynn, Isabella Lynn and Addy Nicole.

Due to Covid, the family will have a private graveside service.
