He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Leona Smith. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Smith; his children, Lee-Ann Smith-Dean (James T. Dean) and Eric Lynn Smith; his brother Charles R. Smith (Pauline); and his brother-in-law Walter T. Gurney (Mardou). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
