He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kuykendall and Carrie Kuykendall; his wife Elaine Binder Kuykendall; and his siblings, Nora Yarbrough, Margie Lovelace, Bertha McNichols, Lois Coble, Walter Kuykendall and Kirk Kuykendall.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Buras (Mark) of Seaford, DE and Louis E. Kuykendall, Jr. (Sally Kuykendall) of Harleysville, PA; his brother-in-law Morty Binder (Ruth) of Newport News; his nieces, Donna Lynn Reynolds Dean and Jackie Reynolds; and his friends, Jenifer Posey, Evelyn Boone, Dave and Connie Wescott. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
