It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Franklin Barbour (Hampton, Virginia), who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Rose Marie Barbour; his parents, Thelbert Barbour and Fannie; and his stepfather Waverly Wood. He is survived by: his children, Venus Toler (Gary) of Smithfield, Vickie Barbour of Newport News, Linda Gunter (Wayne) of Smithfield and Jon Barbour of Newport News; his granddaughter Angelique Sage (Nathan) of Newport News; his great grandchildren, Destin, Chase and Ryland; his brothers, Ryland "Bobby" Barbour (Barbara) of Poquoson and Dennis Barbour of Hampton; and his stepdaughter Rhonda (Tony) of Memphis, TN.
Our father asked that in lieu of flowers, to please donate to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital so those kids may have a wonderful chance in life.
