It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lenora Perkins of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Gardner and Annie Carmon; her grandmother Addie Carmon; and her former husband Dea. She is survived by: her son Demetrius; her granddaughter Denisha; her son-in-law Jeremiah; her siblings-in-law, Robert, Ernest, Willie and Ollie; her husband James Earl; her children, Evangeline, Karen, Dennis and Dea; her grandchildren, Roderick, Peachtress (Will), Destiny (Deandre), Derrick, Jr. (Candace), Darrin, Kamiah, Shelton, Jr. (Shamika) and Aegious; her great grandchildren, Shaderick, Malakai, Journie, Makaiya, Drayson, Eden, Leonidas, Perseus and Achilles; her siblings-in-law, Ruby and Agustus; and also Derrick (Iris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, & other relatives.
