She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Galloway and Minnie Galloway; her husband Louis Randall; her son Raymond Nathaniel Randall; and her daughter-in-law Anita Randall.
She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Foster Peterson; her son-in-law James Peterson of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, David Catling of St. Louis, MO, Jared Foster of Atlanta, GA and Brittany Foster of Hampton, VA; her great grandchildren, David Catling, Jr., Davonte Catling and Dawson McRee of St. Louis, MO; her great great grandchildren, David Catling III and Dorrian Catling of St. Louis, MO; her stepgrandsons, James Peterson II (Denise) and Corey Peterson of Chesapeake, VA; her stepgreat-granddaughter Francine Peterson; her son Russell Hill of Ash, NC; her close friend Marilyn Hemingway of Hampton, VA.; and her siblings-in-law, Samuel Randall of Little River, SC, Essie Hill of Ash, NC and Fannie Smith of Little River, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
