Phillips; his grandson Austin H. Phillips; and his siblings, Jack Phillips of Atlanta, GA, Ron Phillips of Hampton, David Phillips of Newport News, VA, Theresa Newman of Atlanta, GA. and Dorothy Porter of Daphne. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
