He is survived by: his children, Alphonso Woodley Sr., LaToya Woodley, Larry Haynesworth (Aleecia), Katina Lumar (Nakia), Travis Haynesworth (Carrie) and Annika Haynesworth; and his sister Shirley Mitchell. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
