He is survived by: his children, Larry Franklin Jr. (Doris), Wendell Franklin, Gwen Franklin, Karen Franklin, Natalie Franklin-Harris and Shakia Pauling; and his grandchildren, Deon Sutton, Larry Franklin, Sydney Harris, Addison Harris, Ava Harris and Chasity Pauling. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
