He is survived by: his wife Ingrid Heggen; his sons, Steven and Jeffery Heggen; and his pet Bipsie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home & Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
