He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Brown and Sarah Brown. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Baker-Brown; his children, Taiwana Massenburg of Newport News, VA, Juran Brown of Newport News, VA, Dellan Baker of Hampton, VA and Larry S. Brown of Newport News, VA; his sister Edith; his sisters-in-law, Mattie Brown of Roanoke Rapids, Peggy Hawkins of Newport News, VA and Sharlene Thomas of Brooklyn, Maryland; and his grandchildren, Arianah Flynn, Amani Britton and Aleah Britton. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, other relatives and friends.
