He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ewart and Mildred Helmick Ewart; his son Kenny Ewart Jr.; and his siblings, Ronnie Ewart, Emogene Riley and Nancy Harberger.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Ewart; his sons, Mark Evan Ewart and Craig Martin Ewart; his grandchildren, Trevor Alan Ewart and Ashley Marie Ewart; his great grandchild Liam Amadeus Anderson; and his siblings, Allen Ewart, Ralph Ewart, Dennis Ewart, Jeff Ewart, Johnny Ewart, Carol Osborne, Donna Williams and Patty Reynolds.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
