She was predeceased by: her husband Ollie S. Routten III; and her parents, William Quinn and Irene Quinn. She is survived by: her brother Dr. John Quinn (Elizabeth); and her children, Richard Routten (Carol), Tammy Messina (David) and Kathy Routten (David Borowski). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kay's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Animal Aid Society in Hampton, VA.
