It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josie Fay Fair (Hampton, Virginia), born in Greenville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilson and Emily G. Wilson; her siblings, Barbara Ann Everette, Mattie Ann Cox, Hildred Wilson, Elbert Wilson Sr., Robert Wilson Jr., Carl Wilson, Frank Wilson and Manson Wilson; and her husband Henry H. Fair Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Wilson Barrett (James) of Greenville, NC, Sheila Fair Bailey of Newport News, VA, Shirley Williams (Elijah) of Hartsville, SC and Henry Hayes Fair Jr. (Andrea) of Fredericksburg, VA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
