He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen Agud Gately; his children, Katie Gately and Joseph David Gately (Maryann); his grandchildren, Ava, Alyssa Gately, Paul and Darren Ragaglia; his parents, Joseph Gately and Ruth Gately; and his siblings, Jeanne Jennings (William), Cindy Clemmons (Jeff), Kenny Gately (Kim), Larry Gately (Kelly Pierce), Robert and Phyllis. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
