It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Evans Jr. of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on November 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Evans, Sr. and Alese White Evans. He is survived by: his son Joseph J. Evans, III (Little Toad); his sisters, Judy E. Taylor (Jay), Jackie E. Davis and Gay E. Benson; and his nephews, Taylor Benson and Billy Benson.
