He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Cobb, Sr. and Ruby Allen Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Ann Brock Cobb; his children, Michelle Lee Ellis (Michael Wayne Ellis), Holly Ann Cobb and Tommy Franklin Cobb (Kristina Cobb); his grandchildren, Tyler Camden Winegrad, Brayden Lee Ellis, Katelynn Staton and Brooke Young; and his sisters, Brenda Scott, Cheryl Walker and Ginger Cone. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
