He is survived by: his wife Jerry Crosby; his children, Hans Crosby and Dana Crosby DeAngelo; his stepchildren, Candy Shaw (Norm) and David Cain (Sherri); his siblings, Lynn Crosby Koppel (Don) and Van Crosby (Lynn); and the mother of his children Sherrill Crosby. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews.
