He was predeceased by: his mother Rhonda Hicks. He is survived by: his daughter Nevaeh Lawrence; his father David Plasted; his stepfather Gregory Hicks of Hampton; his siblings, Michelle Balfe of Ritzville, WA, Michael Brown of Portsmouth and Julia Hicks of Hampton; and his fiancée Jennifer Kiser of Newport News. He is also survived by his grandmother (Nana), and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
