Cook (Anne Culbertson); her grandchildren, Remi Claire Cook, Nell Sullivan Cook, Justin Robert Harris and Elise Ruby Harris; her grandchild-in-law Krzysztof Piatkowski; her great grandchildren, Alexis Joan Adam, Benson Eli Harris-Piatkowski and Colton James Harris; and also, Mimi M. Cook and Audrey Jean Henriquez.
