Ellis (Wanda), Jeanelle D. Stith (Herbert), Joyce D. Ellis and Judy L. Simmons (Kent); his stepsiblings, Terry J. Watson and Pernell Watson Jr. (Banessa); his siblings-in-law, Mildred Johnson, Geneva Langhorne, Roy Langhorne (Lydia), Geneva Beckett, Claudette Eley, Garland Langhorne Sr., Audrey Byrd (Louis) and Ernest Langhorne (Michelle); his aunts, Marie Pierce and Emma Clayton; and his godchildren, Jonathan Ellis Jr., Joanna Ellis, Ida Langhorne, Garland Langhorne Jr. (Chandra), Nicholas Langhorne and Ravon Danielson.
