With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome Thomas Foughner Jr. of Hampton, Virginia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Foughner and Margaret B. Foughner; his brother James Foughner; and his parents-in-law, Arthur, Rosalie Watkins, Sarajane McDonald, Jeffery Watkins, Joseph and Petrina Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Watkins Foughner; his children, Margaret Griffon (Ben) of Henrico, Angela Sorce (Brian) of Chesapeake, Thomas Foughner of Herndon and Sara Bernhardt (Gerry) of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Ella, Daniel, Charlotte Griffon, Rebecca and Samantha Sorce; and his parents-in-law, Alice Foughner, Toni McDonald, Chuck, Paula Watkins and Bob Dalton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
