He was predeceased by: his father Denver Lee Cotton. He is survived by: his mother Marian Cotton; his daughter Heather Cotton (Chris Powell); his siblings, Debbie Roscopf (Lee) and Duane Cotton (Becky); his grandchildren, Lola, Alana and Aiden; his cousin Brent Jackson; his uncle McCoy Jackson; and his nephew Gavin Cotton. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephew7, and great-nieces.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children in Jeff's name.
