He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper N. Watts and Catherine Moore Watts (Moore); and his sisters, Dr. Ruth Annette Watts and Dr. Gladiola Watts Dale. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Watts, Catherine Wyatt (Joseph) and Matthew (Camille Ritter); and his sisters, Adrienne C. Watts, Nancy Watts and Joye Watts Mosley (Darren). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of cousins and lifelong friends.
