It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Ozment Rice of Hampton, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bill (Bill); her parents, Hollie Ozment and Beulah Ozment; and her siblings-in-law, William M., Madeline Rice and Kenneth Rice.
She is survived by: her son William M. Rice (Jennifer); her sister Patricia Wright; her nephew James T. Hodge (Tina); her great-nephew Adam West (Erin); her great-niece Samantha Rabb (Michal); her close friends, Carlene Verser, Kathy Williams, Patty Miller and Benton Deavers; and also Luke West.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Fox Hill Volunteer Fire Department, Fox Hill Road Baptist Church, or the charity of your choice.
