She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Harrison and Rowena Harrison; her husband Byron Gibson; her children, Teri Doyon (Jim) of Yorktown and Mark Gibson (Patience) of Venice; her grandchildren, Danielle Doyon, Paradise Gibson and Quinnton Gibson; and her sister Sara Groenendyke of Gardnerville, NV..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. John's Episcopal Church Music Foundation, the Salvation Army, or the Elizabeth Lake Garden Club.
