He is survived by: his wife Josephine Stephens; his children, Kim Lee Robinson of Hampton, VA, James Everett Stephens of Hampton, VA and Devin Landon Stephens of Tifton, GA; and his stepson Bryant Connell Outlaw. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, 1 niece, 1 nephew (preceded) and host of relatives and friends.
