James Laughton Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2021, James Laughton Phillips of Hampton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son Herbert Orlandah Phillips, II; his wife Charlotte Elizabeth Phillips; his siblings, Hon and Doris Faucette; his children, Angela Elizabeth Wade, Eleanor Anne Phillips, Charlotte Beatrice Alexandra Phillips and James Laughton Phillips, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Samuel Wade, Drexil Rohde and Elizabeth Wade. He is also survived by his wife, children, grand-children.
