He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Mendoza. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Knowles; his daughters, Lisa Knowles (Mark Campbell), Crystal Gary and Michele Cavanaugh (Quentin); his stepchildren, Terri Blashaw (Bill), Carl Johnson (Kyongcha) and Richard Johnson; and his siblings, Carolyn Phillips, Thomas Knowles, David Knowles (Hilda) and Floyd Knowles (Maggie). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
