He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Smith and Bernard C Smith of Hampton, VA; and his siblings, Margie Cummings and Bernard F Smith "Butch". He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Delores" Smith; his sisters, Jeannette Fisher (Billy) and Helen Cooter; his children, Shannon Chambers (Marcus), Carrie Smith, Winter Smith (Ray) and Joseph Sitnic; and his grandchildren, Destiny Ferguson, Tyler Smith (Kayla), Myka Hyde, Cheyanne Hyde, MJ Chambers, Noah James Sitnic, Zabria Henderson and Brian Henderson Jr..
